I reached out to Rachael seeking assistance and advice about my husband's tracheostomy as we were sent home from rehab with little training. She is kind, positive, and her expertise in this area is unmatched. I am so grateful that I was able to connect her.
Rachel is an expert in her field. She was beyond helpful for my family and me when I had a tracheostomy. (Before, during, and after I had it). It was a tough time for me when I got my trach at Massachusetts General all of summer of 2023 and she was my point of contact when I had questions, concerns, support, education. I highly recommend her as a speech pathologist, educator in the tracheostomy field she is amazing. She is way ahead of the curve.
